Emily has loved to travel since she first took a trip to Greece when she was 16, and has since been to 39 countries and counting! Her "gateway" to miles and points was a Southwest card, and that first taste of flying for free got her hooked. She earned and redeemed over one million points to help fund a 1.5 year-long trip and is currently learning to master family travel for her family of 3!

What is your favorite country or travel experience? Impossible question to answer, but I’d say New Zealand. I gravitate towards travel experiences that focus on nature/wildlife (vs. cities) and every spot in New Zealand wowed me! It was also my first time doing van life which I loved and want to do more of. 100% will be returning!
Do you have a favorite travel hack that you’ve done? I love the Marriott 5 night free bonus that occasionally pops up with their co-branded credit card, between my husband and I we have gotten that 3x and have been able to stay at some awesome properties that would have otherwise been really expensive. Honorable mention to Mike’s “suite talking” hack which has gotten me some amazing hotel upgrades!
